Long after build out is complete our maintenance services continue week after week, year after year to enhance your property and protect your investment as the landscape matures.
At The GroundsKeeper we have developed a comprehensive system approach to Landscape Management. We custom design a regular maintenance plan that pre-schedules all routine service events such as spring clean-ups, mowing, step fertilizing, chemical pest and weed applications, pruning and fall clean-ups. This schedule for your property is combined with regular account manager visits to verify crew performance, general condition of plant material, turf performance, irrigation system operation and overall property management.
All routine service and supervisory visits are scheduled, documented and reported via an integrated work order system custom developed at The GroundsKeeper. The calendar of pre-scheduled events is delivered to the property manager at the start of the season and status reports are delivered monthly documenting each site visit and the work details of each work order. There is no question as to what work was accomplished and when.
We encourage monthly walk-abouts between the property managers and/or landscape committee and our account managers. This is an opportunity to fine tune the landscape plan for the property as well as establish a punch list of items in addition to the regular maintenance events. These punch lists get prioritized, scheduled and implemented based on input from the property management. These items are then integrated with the regular maintenance items into the work order system to document and report our performance.
