About Us

The GroundsKeeper offers a full range of maintenance services and specializes in the development of individual maintenance programs suited to the unique needs of each client and project requirement. We try to anticipate the entire needs of the landscape and include them in our programs. Our landscape programs are designed and implemented by UMass School of Agriculture graduates who are Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professionals (MCLP).

Our maintenance service extends from spring clean-up through the growing season into fall clean-up and beyond to winter snow plowing, snow removal, ice management and sweeping. Our services continue into an extensive landscape management program to insure that quality, service and responsiveness are continually maintained. We provide the owner/property manager with a written monthly work order report documenting each visit to the site and the work accomplished. We also meet with the owners or their representative on a monthly basis to walk the site for an in depth inspection. This insures that all parties are actively communicating and participating in the entire landscape maintenance process.

"Before we contracted The GroundsKeeper, I spent much of my time watching over the landscape contractors to make sure they were performing to our specifications. This is a very woodsy site and if you don’t keep up with the landscaping it can get ahead of you, especially the Fall Clean Up. But from the minute The GroundsKeeper started working here, they have stayed ahead of everything, from the weekly mowing to cleanups and pruning. And because they are on top of the landscaping I have more time to get other things done around the property."
